"The Integrated Report from the Perspective of ESG Disclosure" in the November 2021 issue of the Securities Analyst Journal, co-authored a paper with Naoyuki Kainuma on in which the authors positioned the integrated report as one of the tools for stakeholder management by companies to increase long-term shareholder value, and presented the "inherent cycle" of each contingent and stakeholder group from the perspective of ESG.
