"Current Status and Challenges of ESG Investment - Making Decarbonization a Trigger for Management Reform," In the January 2022 issue of Kinyu Journal, presented the current status of the expansion of ESG investment and the need for management involvement as an issue for regional finance.

"The Integrated Report from the Perspective of ESG Disclosure" in the November 2021 issue of the Securities Analyst Journal, co-authored a paper with Naoyuki Kainuma on in which the authors positioned the integrated report as one of the tools for stakeholder management by companies to increase long-term shareholder value, and presented the "inherent cycle" of each contingent and stakeholder group from the perspective of ESG.

Invited by the Japan Society for Value Creation and Enterprise Risk Management as "the most outstanding presenter at last year's annual research and presentation conference" to the 1st Corporate Roundtable Meeting, and gave a lecture again on "What is the expected shift to sustainable management now: Implications for management reform in the manufacturing industry as seen in the case of the automobile industry". Lectured at Sophia University Sophia Professional Studies "Corporate Environmental Strategies in a Sustainability Society - Law, Policy, and the Frontlines" (Dec. 2021), discussing the nature of corporate environmental activities from an investor's perspective.
